Warranty and Returns
All items come with a 15 day no questions asked money back guarantee. The 15 day period begins the day that the customer receives the item(s). All customers are asked to inspect the received items as soon as they receive them. If an item is unsatisfactory, damaged or defective with in the 15 day period you must first contact our office at (888) 785-9762 for return authorization. Items that have been modified from the condition of the product at time of delivery will not be authorized for return. These items include but are not exclusive to; antennas that have been shortened for tuning purposes, radios that have been modified or worked on by an outside source other than CB Radios Plus, and transmitters that have been modified or worked on by an outside source other than CB Radios Plus. All items returned without authorization will be refused and sent back to the customer, the 15 day period will continue. Refunds will be given only for items returned in like new condition in their original factory packaging. Shipping and Technical labor charges may not be refunded because shipping and labor are services rendered and cannot be returned. CB Radios Plus retains the right to refuse returns based on other circumstances not outlined in the "warranty and returns" section that may be outlined in another section of the "terms and conditions".
Technical Work Warranty
All Technical work performed by us on Radio equipment or our contracted assignee is warranted for 30 days to be functioning as said and satisfactory to our customers or we will ship, correct or replace. All Radio equipment, when properly set up, must function as advertised or as manufacturer intended. After 30 days the Manufacturer's Warranty will cover Radio malfunctions or failures for the duration of that product warranty.
How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service for return authorization or manufacturers information at (888) 785 9762. Any items that are returned without authorization will be refused and sent back to the customer. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless product is not functioning properly and all labor and shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item has been abused, modified, damaged or otherwise made to be a non-resale item, or original packaging not sent back with items they will not be accepted as a return or refund item. All refunds will be made promptly upon receipt of the items in the forementioned condition.
