Method of Payment

The preferred method is credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard Discover, & American Express. We don't accept COD orders.

Return and Exchange Policy

At CB radios Plus we want you to be happy with your purchase. Upon receiving your order, please inspect all merchandise that it is what you ordered. If the wrong item was sent or you are not satisfied with the quality, properly pack, in orginal shipping box if possible, enclose a copy of your invoice with reason for return (not as expected, etc.), and ship prepaid (insured) by UPS ground or USPS prepaid (we do not accept COD).

Returned items must be in original boxes, unused and in resalable condition. Any merchandise held over 10 days may not be returned. No return on any product that has had the UPC barcode removed.

Please note, Shipping and Labor charges are non refundable.

Shipping Times

Please expect 3 to 5 day on standard orders.

Back Orders

Merchandise not available at the time of the order will be back ordered and shipped when available with no additional shipping charges unless NO BACK ORDERS is requested. Credit card orders will not be charged until the back ordered item has shipped.

Pricing

All prices & specifications subject to change without notice. However we will notify you of any price increase before shipment. CB Radios Plus reserves the right to correct any typographical errors.

Damaged Merchandise

If you discover a damaged shipment, the carrier should be notified immediately. The merchandise should not be returned to us until notified to do so by the carrier. All packaging materials must be kept including boxes and styrofoam fill for inspection by the carrier or the claim may be denied.

Limited Warranty

CB Radios Plus Warrants, to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials & workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace, at our option, any clearance and discontinued items or sold "as is".

All warranty claims must be shipped back to us prepaid & insured with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. The warranty becomes void if product is misused, altered, abused or installed improperly. We will not be liable for injury or any damages arising directly or indirectly from any defects in its goods, defective or otherwise.
