Method of Payment
The two methods accepted are credit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We do not accept COD orders.
Return and Exchange Policy
At CB Radios Plus we are committed to make sure your buying experience is a good one. Upon receiving your order, please inspect all merchandise and make sure you have received your full order. Once you have received your product you have 15 days to determine if you would like to keep your purchase or return it, no questions asked. Exchanges and returns will not be accepted after the 15 day period is up. Shipping for returned or exchanged items will be at the customer's expense.
Before returning any merchandise please contact our office. Returned items must be in original boxes and packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Items that are not resalable will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please include a copy of your receipt so that we may track incoming returns and exchanges.

Please note that Shipping and Labor charges are non refundable.
Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary based on order and geographical location. When trying to calculate shipping times please allow 3 to 5 days for standard shipments. Peak and tunes may take an additional 1-3 days depending on current demand and volume.
Back Orders
Merchandise not available at the time of purchase will be back ordered and shipped when available with no additional shipping charges unless NO BACK ORDERS is requested. Credit card orders will not be charged until the back ordered item has been shipped. If you are using PayPal we ask that you please call us to confirm product availability before placing your order.
Pricing
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. However we will notify you of any price increase before shipment. CB Radios Plus reserves the right to correct any typographical errors.
Damaged Merchandise
If you discover a damaged shipment, the carrier should be notified immediately. The merchandise should not be returned to us until notified to do so by the carrier. All packaging materials must be kept including boxes and Styrofoam fill for inspection by the carrier or the claim may be denied.
Limited Warranty
CB Radios Plus warrants, to the original purchaser, that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship by CB Radios Plus for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Any defect found in materials used or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option. Any clearance or discontinued items are sold “as is”.
Each individual product is warranted by the manufacture. If you are having a problem with your product you should first file a warranty claim with the manufacture, generally warranty information for your product can be found in the original packaging or in your user manual.
